"We have stayed here in years past and would say on a 1 to 10 range that we have experienced both a 3 and a couple of 7's. This visit was an average 5 over all. The room was in the midst of renovation which made aesthetics poor, but it seemed clean. Additionally, the entire complex was under construction or demolition....that added an exceptional challenge. The front desk crew was fine: friendly, accomodating, eager to please and encourage our repeat business. We hope they "stay" and reestablish the positive reputation Best Western has had."

"Althought our room was clean and comfortable, I was dissapointed, because it was an "outside" hotel, and we had to drive to the lobby for use of their indoor pool and for the continental breakfast. The pool was nice, clean and warm, but they didn't have any area to change (except for a very small dingy bathroom)and since we had to drive to get to the pool, we had to change at the pool. Yes, we got a good deal ($56.00 for the night) but I would have rather paid a bit more and got something all indoor. To me, this is a reason not to use internet travel booking (I've learned my lesson). The picture was not accurate, and I had no Idea that we'd be outside."

"When we staty at hotels we feel that the rooms represent the attitude of the staff and the owners. So here is my critique. The attention to the ventilation systems seems to be non existent. the air conditioner in our room was dirty with a large amount of dirt in grill , also the air vents in other areas seems to be neglected.
While I did not use your pool my wife stated it was "awfully hot". We have a pool and water in the mid/high 80's is generally ok but in the 90's is too hot for her so thats what im basing that statement on.
The room itself was ok but the tv speakers would vibrate at low tones making dialogue difficult to understand, tvmost likely was turned up all the way due to the uninsulated motor/pump system in the jaccuzzi. These are really small things but added together were sort of irritating since it was obvious that, due to the size of your facility, there were plenty of staff around to notice and take care of these things. I work in the maintenance field taking care of machines and building mechanicals so im not just complaining I'm telling you that you need to pay attention to detail and you won't be getting comments like this."

"the doors 'locked us in' on two occasions and it was hard to unlock and open.
the enclosed area infront of the doors seemed small. I would prefer it to be more open.
the comp. breckfast was crowed and not barrior free."
